1.- Is there a membership fee for joining the organization?
A~ No! There will never be a fee for membership. However,
depending on the growth and financial impact, a small advertising program may become a reality in the future. Donations are always gladly accepted to help off-set my costs.
2.- What is a "Charter" membership?
A~ At the present a "Charter" membership just implies that you are one of the first original members, and that no matter what the future holds you will have a FREE lifetime membership with additional benefits to be added in the future!
3.- How do I apply for a "Charter" membership?
A~ Simply check the "Charter Membersip" box on the enrollment form. Then when you choose an IOACW member graphic button to add to your site, choose one of the "Charter" member buttons. That's all there is to it!
4.- Are there any other benefits of Charter membership?
A~ At this early stage there are not... but it is my hope that the future growth of the organization will bring about many benefits of not only "Charter" membership but "Basic" membership as well.
5.- Why must my site be labeled with one of the 3 "Safe Site" labels?
A~ Once rated, family-safe sites can be listed with search engines that only list rated sites. For further benefits of site labeling, please refer to the following links... SafeSurf, ICRA, ICSS.
6.- Isn't IOACW just another website directory?
A~ Not exactly. My vision for IOACW is to become an on-line fellowship of Christian webmasters. As the membership grows it is my hope that the Lord will direct us in attaining this goal according to His will.
7.- How does the banner exchange work?
A~ Go to the "Banner Exchange" page and download a copy of my banner to your computer. Then upload it to your server and add some simple html code to your page. Next, "Contact Us" with the url of the page on your site where you put our banner. Also send me the url of the location of your banner (or the actual image file), and I will add it to my page! (Banner size is restricted to 468x60.) If you don't have a banner I can help you design one. Let me know!
